Electrical Designer – power (m/f)

At OM Consulting, we work on a wide range of construction and development projects - and to maintain quality and pace, we are expanding Design & Architecture to include an Electrical Designer (m/f). We are looking for someone who thinks in context, can find clever technical solutions, enjoys working across professions and wants to take each project to the next level. We're adding to a 3-person team, where we already have two colleagues specialising in low current and one junior colleague in high current - so an experienced power engineer will fit nicely into the overall mix. What are you waiting for?

  • Creation and coordination of all stages of project documentation, processing of projects from the stage of plan verification to the preparation of documentation for construction execution, in the appropriate software (AutoCad, Revit)
  • Cooperation with the Head of Department and other colleagues in Design&Architecture, mutual support in specific projects
  • Close coordination and communication with other colleagues across the company (Project Management, Construction Management, Technical Due Diligence, Cost Management, Technology) during the project
  • Reviewing supplier proposals for compliance with standard requirements and coordinating documentation with other team members
  • Consultations with architects, investors, developers or other external experts
  • Participation in design inspection days and performance of author's supervision during the implementation of the construction
  • Travel to projects/construction sites and client meetings as required
  • Developing knowledge in the field of high-current electrical installations so that the services provided meet the current needs of the company and the standards and trends in the market
  • Participation in recommended training courses
  • Reporting

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience with electrical design - power current
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Authorization an advantage
  • Knowledge of Revit an advantage
  • Ability to solve technical tasks independently and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and expand your competences
