Chief Dispatcher / Logistician (m/f)

That's why we're expanding our team with an experienced Chief Dispatcher/Logistics Manager who can manage people, coordinate traffic and ensure that the entire site operation runs smoothly and without unnecessary collisions. This role is not about routine behind a computer. You'll be on site, making key decisions, setting up the system and making sure things happen on time, safely and according to the rules. Every day is different - you'll be dealing with traffic, giving instructions, checking the ground and coordinating the logistics team. What are you waiting for?

  • Management and control of the entrance reservation system.
  • Coordination of a team of logisticians (approx. 8 persons).
  • Reporting to the Chief Engineer and Project Manager.
  • Organisation and supervision of entrances, exits, car parks and supply routes.
  • Control activities in the field - you will supervise compliance with the operating rules.
  • Giving instructions and operational traffic management on site.
  • Assertive, quick and clear decision making in operational situations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in logistics, transport, supply or construction.
  • Ability to work with PC and MS 365 (knowledge of MS Project an advantage).
  • Strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of AJ / RU-UA / NJ an advantage.
  • Proactive, decisive and independent approach.
  • Experience with traffic management applications an advantage.
  • Starting ideally immediately.
