OM Consulting is cooperating on the preparation of a hotel project to be built on Letná next to the Sparta stadium. The hotel on the cancelled Sparta football training ground is planned by Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) in cooperation with the hotel chain Hard Rock International.
On behalf of OM Consulting, experts from the Project Management, Cost Management and Technology departments are involved in the hotel construction project, including the involvement of our hotel experts.
The hotel complex will include 521 rooms, congress facilities, a ballroom, a restaurant, a fitness centre and a spa. It will be operated by Hard Rock International, which has experience operating a network of hotels, casinos, shops and cafes around the world and boasts the world’s most valuable collection of more than 83,000 pieces of musical memorabilia, starting with Eric Clapton’s guitar.
