The four-star hotel Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague won second place in the hotel category in the prestigious Best of Realty competition. The hotel in the very heart of Prague belongs to the CPI Hotels portfolio and OM Consulting participated in its successful reconstruction.
It was a complete conversion of the Longin office building into a four-star hotel of the world-famous Mamaison chain. In the first phase of the reconstruction, the office space was completely demolished down to the supporting structures of the building, while in the second phase hotel rooms and all facilities were created.
Experts from OM Consulting provided project management, technical supervision of the investor and a safety coordinator.
Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague is located a few minutes from Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes from the Vltava Embankment. Although the immediate surroundings are bustling with city life, the hotel offers quiet surroundings, peace and a homely atmosphere. Its capacity is 86 rooms and 87 fully equipped apartments.
Hotel won the award in 22. of the prestigious real estate competition Best of Realty, which maps and evaluates new buildings and significant reconstructions in the Czech Republic.
