Rental unit of the Ambiente Restaurant – Eska Concept is placed within the Fórum Karlín Complex in Prague. The design of the restaurant follows the original industrial character of the building. The restaurant facilities were built into the original industrial premises. Within the lower level it includes bakery, kitchen, storages, toilettes and customer´s self service counter. The space for the food processing is separated just with low partitions to enable general overview how the food is being prepared. The upper floor includes restaurant itself with seating for customers (also with small "observation" gallery) and the food preparation counter. The industrial character of the concept is accented by the materials used e.g.: steel structure with decoration, screeds on the floor, masonry walls. The HVAC mains are visible in full extent.
